1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is only considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed by ATravels & Tours.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate.

2. Payments

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be received before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price changes, taxes, or government levies before final payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the travel supplier's policies and the timing of the cancellation.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deductions for supplier penalties, administrative fees, and any non-refundable costs.
• Some airline tickets, accommodation bookings, and promotional packages may be non-refundable.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Any amendments requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Changes made by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other suppliers are beyond our control.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documentation.
• ATravels & Tours provides visa assistance where applicable but cannot guarantee visa approval.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their passports meet the validity requirements of their destination.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, travel delays, and other unforeseen events.

7. Supplier Responsibility

ATravels & Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, and tour companies.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, or insolvency of any third-party supplier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATravels & Tours shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Lost, delayed, or damaged luggage
• Personal injury or illness
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Weather-related disruptions
• Government travel restrictions
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your travel arrangements

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked directly through us where required by applicable law.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Comply with all local laws and regulations at their destinations.
• Respect airline, hotel, transport, and tour operator rules.
• Conduct themselves responsibly during travel.
• Ensure they arrive at airports and departure points on time.

Any additional costs resulting from missed departures or failure to comply with supplier requirements are the client's responsibility.

10. Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and comply with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements applicable to their destination.

11. Force Majeure

ATravels & Tours shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• War or civil unrest
• Government restrictions
• Industrial action
• Terrorist incidents
• Severe weather
• Transport disruptions

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during bookings will be used solely for providing travel services, processing reservations, communicating with clients, and complying with legal obligations. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of ATravels & Tours unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
